Max Keiser Price-Tag

PLEASE LOOK AT THIS CLOSELY! Max Keiser fear-monger and Gold pusher has written an article in order to use a certain expression against the State of Israel. Though it appears to be an article “exposing” the manipulation of the price of gold by “Wall St.” it is not. It is an article written to try out a new analogy he thought of.
“Price Tag” a verb, as in”price-tagging” is used as a metaphor for “Wall St” printing “naked shorts” (whatever that means!). So what does that metaphor mean?
From the article in Russia Today (a great source for the latest in US-bashing): “Price tagging’ is a good comparison to make when grappling to understand what’s happening in the gold and bond market these days. Price tagging refers (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Price_tag_policy) to the practice on the part of Israel, whenever the international community pressures them on illegally expanding settlements into the occupied territories, they kill some Palestinians.”
WTF! This article was an essay written to use a metaphor! Wag the dog: an essay built to utilize a nasty FALSE metaphor.

Yes, there is a WIKI article so it must be so? Ho ho!
“according to B’Tselem, the name given to “acts of random violence aimed at the Palestinian population and Israeli security forces”[1] by radical Israeli settlers, who, according to the New York Times, “exact a price from local Palestinians or from the Israeli security forces for any action taken against their settlement enterprise”.[2][3][4]The Wall Street Journal states that the term refers to “a campaign of retribution by fundamentalist Israeli youths against Palestinians in the West Bank”.[5]”
Here are the links for the first five notes:
^1 B’tselem, Background on violence by settlers,’ 2011:’In recent years, settlers have carried out violent acts under the slogan “price tag.” These are acts of random violence aimed at the Palestinian population and Israeli security forces.’
^ 2Isabel Kershner, Mosque Set on Fire in Northern Israel, at New York Times, 3 October 2011:’The attack followed a series of similar assaults on mosques in the West Bank by arsonists suspected of being radical settlers as part of a campaign known as “price tag,” which seeks to exact a price from local Palestinians for violence against settlers or from Israeli security forces for taking action against illegal construction in Jewish outposts in the West Bank.’
^ 3Uri Friedman, The ‘Price Tag’ Menace: Vigilante Israeli Settler Attacks Spread, at The Atlantic Wire, 3 October 2011:’The New York Times defines price tag attacks as incidents in which radical Jewish settlers “exact a price from local Palestinians or from the Israeli security forces for any action taken against their settlement enterprise”.’

*** As it can be seen the first footnote is nothing more than a report in B’tzelem Web Site.
The third note, from Atlantic Wire:http://www.theatlanticwire.com/global/2011/10/price-tag-menace-vigilante-israeli-settler-attacks-spread/43226/“When Israeli police descended on a scorched mosque in the Bedouin Arab village of Tuba-Zangariya this morning to investigate an arson attack, they found the word “Price Tag” scrawled in Hebrew on the building’s walls along with “Revenge” and “Palmer,” a reference to an incident in the West Bank last month in which Israeli settler Asher Palmer and his baby son were killed in a car crash after Palestinians threw stones at the vehicle. The graffiti and nature of today’s assault have news outlets buzzing about yet another “price tag attack.” What’s behind the odd phrase?”
NOTICE: The Israeli settlers’ “price tag” imposed was the burning of a Mosque. Bad. yes. But the incitement was “Israeli settler Asher Palmer and his baby son were killed in a car crash after Palestinians threw stones at the vehicle”.
LOOK at the rest of the examples given of “Price-Tagging”.
WIKI link 9:^ Haaretz Service and Chaim Levinson ‘Palestinian stabbed in Hebron Hills in suspected ‘price tag’ attack,’ in Haaretz, 21 March 2011.http://www.haaretz.com/news/diplomacy-defense/palestinian-stabbed-in-hebron-hills-in-suspected-price-tag-attack-1.350898″Some of these so-called ‘price tag’ attacks have been in response to Palestinian attacks on Jews, while others have been in response to government actions taken to curtail of settlement activities.”
Not mentioned in the summary but readily discoverable upon the slightest effort of going to the link: “The most recent incidents came in the wake of tensions following a deadly stabbing attack at the West Bank settlement of Itamar on March 11, in which five family members, including three children, were killed.” THREE CHILDREN STABBED TO DEATH. Then, an Arab was knifed but not fatally. WOW. Symmetrical? hardly.
Is Price-Tagging the symmetric “metric” for Arab TERRORISM?
To Hell with Max Kaiser Gold-seller, fear-pimp, anti-Semite.
To Hell with B’Tzelem!  See next post for a report on B’tzelem.
